MATCHMAKING EVENT 13 - 14 MAY 2010

A Matchmaking Event will be organised on the 13th and 14th of May during the International Trade Fair KIHE 2010 in Almaty in order to bring companies from Europe and Central Asia together in face-to-face meetings. These meetings will provide an excellent opportunity for companies from Europe and Central Asia to discuss cooperation possibilities. After the Matchmaking Event at KIHE in Almaty a European Business Delegation will travel to Tashkent to meet with potential Uzbek cooperation partners in individual meetings. Who can participate?

The Matchmaking Event is open to companies working in the healthcare sector from Europe and Central Asia (manufacturers, traders and importers of medical devices, service providers and health facilities). It will offer an excellent opportunity for participants to keep up with the latest developments in the Central Asian and European market and to get up-to-date market information.

Where will it take place?

The Meeting Area for the Matchmaking event will be located within the trade fair grounds of the Kazakhstan International Healthcare Exhibition (KIHE) 2010.

How much does it cost to Participate?

Thanks to the financial support of the European Union's Central Asia Invest Programme and the Project Partners, participation in the matchmaking event and delegation trip to Uzbekistan is free of charge. You only have to pay for your travel expenses and your stay in hotels.

How does it work?

Please register your company profile online. From the profiles and business requests of all participating companies, you can select the companies you would like to meet from Europe or Central Asia. According to your selection of meeting partners, the organisers will prepare personal meeting agendas for you.

Shuttle Bus During the Matchmaking Event from 13th to 14th May will be organized a free shuttle bus for Matchmaking Event participants . The shuttle bus will bring you twice a day from the Grand Hotel Tian Shan to the exhibition center KIHE in the morning and evenings back to the Hotel.
