Trainings
The Training Programmes form the first activity block of the project and address the Central Asian intermediary organizations and their member companies. The Trainings aim at enhancing the performance of the Central Asian IO's by enhancing and improving their services to members companies. The IO's will act as multipliers and transfer the acquired knowledge to their members. A total of four Trainings will be held in Kazakhstan by the European partners, where European experts will give presentations on selected topics. The trainings will address the following key areas:
- The European and German healthcare system to get an overview of the functioning of European healthcare systems
- Effective member services to get an insight into the daily work of European associations
- Lobbying to improve the dialogue capacity of intermediary organisations
- Export promotion to support the internationalization process of SME's
- Technical regulations and standards to support the elaboration of quality standards
- Quality assurance management to support the establishment of an effective quality assurance system in Central Asian hospitals
